Non-Small-Cell Lung Cancer symptoms and treatment

About 90 per cent of lung cancer is non small cell lung cancer.it is the most common cancer type lung.As other type of lung cancer is small lung cancer,small lung cancer highly related with the smoking so in this type of lung cancer which means non small cell lung cancer has no any related between smoking but any way smoking caused many of cancer.

Non-small cell lung cancer has divided into 3 main types;

Squamous cell carcinoma;
Cancer cells line the inner airways into the lungs,it is nearly 25 percent of non small cell lung cancer is squamous cell carcinoma

Adenocarcinoma;
Adenocarcinoma has good response to the treatment,it is nearly about 40 per cent of lung carcers.it is has nonsmokers etiology, which means  it is common type of cancer which seen in the non-smokers.it has slow progresses and treatment of adenocarcinoma usually is satisfied.

Undifferentiated carcinoma (Large cell );
Can be seen almost anywhere in the lung.it has fast aggressive characters and it spreads easily than other types of lung cancer.

What are the symptoms of Non-Small-Cell-Lung Cancer ?

Cough is the most symptoms of lung cancer in both types. it will get worse over time with the developing cancer cells.
Difficult breathing
Blood in the sputum
İncrease range of infection  such as pneumonia and bronchitis ,it won't go away after treatment ,it reoccurs again.
Weight loss
Lethargy
Those symptoms can be seen with the other diseases to so if you have same symptoms ,it is determined by your doctor.

Treatment
Surgery is useful and can be curative for this type of lung cancer.with spread to the other organs chemotherapy can improve the outcome.if there are already spread to the other organs may chemotherapy and radiotherapy can be used.
