One of the most common cancer in women.İt caused the second most common cancer which cause death in women.As we know first common cancer to cause death is lung cancer and after lung cancer ,it is breast cancer.it is uncommon in males.
The main diagnostic screening for breast cancer is Mammography,it is highly recommend every two years for every women which aged after 40 years for the preventing and early recognized breast cancer.If women has high risk for developing breast cancer can be screened by Magnetic Resonance Imaging
Symptoms of Breast cancer
Swollen breasts with rash or red
Sores of nipple
Breast skin is changing by color
Pain but is rare
Feeling mass in the breast
Usually benign origin of mass motile and smooth surface but malignant( risk for spreads ) has roof surface and not motile
Diagnosis of breast cancer usually done by imaging mammogram, magnetic resonance imagining and biopsy.
Breast cancer most commonly spreads to chest,liver and bone,for the staging tumor level computed tomography is useful.

The exact causes for the breast cancer are unknown but some risk factor may lead to ;
Old age
Breast cancer history in Family
Some genes BRCA2,BRCA1 and CHEK2
Alcohol consumption
Poor diet and passive lifestyle
Prevention of Breast cancer
Today has no any proven method for preventing breast cancer.But women who are at high risk of breast cancer with breast cancer story in family,may they benefit from hormones such as tamoxifen and the other method like today Angelina Julie did is mastectomy which means taking breast by surgery.
Treatment of Breast cancer
In early time for breast cancer surgery is useful method for breast cancer.surgical option is to remover breast with lymph's nodes under the arm.and following therapy may be with radiotherapy.and if tumours at highly risk of recurrence ,more aggressive cancers,than can be additional treatment with hormone therapy or aromatase inhibitors or tamoxifen and chemotherapy.
